Overview
Texas A&M University provides eligible employees with paid vacation leave each year, determined by the length of state service. Employees can begin using vacation accruals after six months of continuous state employment. This benefit supports work-life balance and ensures employees can take time off for rest and personal activities.

Eligible employees may begin to use vacation accruals after six months of continuous state employment. Previous state employment counts towards this requirement. Specific eligibility and approval will vary depending on individual circumstances.
