The “Ask an Onboarding Question” service provides support and answers to any questions new employees, hiring managers, or HR professionals may have about the onboarding process. This service ensures that all onboarding-related inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • General Onboarding Questions: Get answers to general onboarding questions.
  • Onboarding Policies and Procedures: Clarify any onboarding-related policies or procedures, including those relating to Form I-9 and eVerify.
  • Orientation Sessions and Schedules: Obtain information about orientation sessions and schedules.
  • Specific Onboarding Requirements: Ask about specific onboarding requirements for different employee types (e.g., faculty, staff, student workers).
Eligibility
All new employees, hiring managers, and HR professionals who have questions about the onboarding process are eligible to use this service.
