TrainTraq Courses

Overview
Managers and administrators have the ability to create new courses, revise existing ones, and inactivate courses that are no longer needed. This ensures that the training content remains up-to-date and relevant for users. 
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • Request a New Course:  Link for course owners to request the addition of a new course listing in TrainTraq.
  • Revise a Course:  Make revisions to existing courses, including updates to content, structure, or delivery methods.
  • Inactivate a Course:  Deactivate courses that are no longer relevant or needed, ensuring the course catalog remains current.
Eligibility
System Training Coordinators, Compliance Officers, Managers/Supervisors, Department/Workstation Processors, and HR Professionals.

You will receive an open ticket notification.  If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by the respective support team.  Ticket status can be tracked in the portal under the View Tickets tab.
