Change My IDs

Overview

The “Change My IDs” service provides guidance and support for employees at Texas A&M University who need to update their government-issued identification information in Workday. This service takes you directly into Workday to make any changes to your Social Security Number (SSN), Resident Citizen of the US ID cards (I-179), Passports, Visas, and Driver’s Licenses.

Use this service request to:

Update your Social Security Number (SSN) in Workday: Select Edit, then Change My Government IDs
Update your Resident Citizen of the US ID cards (I-179) in Workday: Select Edit, then Change My Government IDs
Update your Driver’s License information in Workday: Select Edit, then Change My Government IDs
Update your Passport information in Workday: Select Edit, then Change My Passports and Visas
Update your Visa information in Workday: Select Edit, then Change My Government IDs

Eligibility

All employees at Texas A&M University who need to update their government-issued identification information in Workday are eligible to use this service.
