Infoblox - How to Delete an A Record

The following video demonstrates how to delete an A Record in Infoblox

Steps from the video are listed below:

  1. Click on the Data Management tab.
  2. Click on the DNS tab.
  3. Click on Shared Record Groups.
  4. Use the filter as necessary.
  5. Select the Record you wish to delete.
  6. Choose Delete from the Toolbar on the right side of the screen.
  7. you can choose to delete the record now or schedule it for later.
  8. Once a record is deleted, it can be restored from the recycle bin by clicking the green circle icon.
