Overview
You may need to provide an attachment when getting assistance via TeamDynamix. The preferred way to provide an attachment is through the Service Portal's Ticket Request report. However, you may be asked to provide the attachment as an email reply, or you may need to open a ticket with an attachment using a service's email address. When sending attachments by email, be aware that some types of attachments are removed from the message by TeamDynamix to prevent potential negative issues.
TeamDynamix utilizes an AllowList of file types that will remain attached to email sent into the TeamDynamix system.

At the time of writing, the following attachment types are allowed. If you want to request additional file types to be allowed, please submit a TDX service request.
