TAMU-Health Installing Citrix Workspace for Windows

Overview

Texas A&M Health utilizes the Citrix Workspace app for access to Epic Garden Plot. The steps below detail how to install the Citrix Workspace app using the ManageEngine Self-Service Portal on Texas A&M Health Windows computers. 

Instructions

  1. Click the Start Menu and type Texas A&M Software Portal.
  2. Click on Texas A&M Software Portal.

     
  3. In the Software Portal, locate the software named "Citrix Workspace (24.9.10.28)" and click Install.

     
  4. After a few moments, the "Install" button will change to "Reinstall," which indicates that the software has finished installing. 
  5. Once installed, click the Start Menu and type Citrix.
  6. Click on Citrix Workspace.
