TAMU-Health Installing Citrix Workspace for macOS

Overview

Texas A&M Health utilizes the Citrix Workspace app for access to Epic Garden Plot. The steps below detail how to install the Citrix Workspace app using the Jamf Self-Service Hub on Texas A&M Health macOS devices. 

Instructions

  1. Click on the Gig ‘em icon in the menu bar at the top right of your computer screen.
  2. Select Self-Service. 

     
  3. A Self-Service Hub window will open. In the search field at the top left, type Citrix.
  4. Locate the Citrix Workspace app and click Install or Update. A new window will open showing the progress of the installation.

     
  5. Once the software installation is complete, open Spotlight by clicking on the magnifying glass in the menu bar at the top right of your computer screen.

     
  6. In the search field, type Citrix.
  7. To open the app, click Citrix Workspace in the search results.
