Overview
PrinterLogic is the printing solution for campus members at Texas A&M Health. This article includes the steps to install and configure PrinterLogic for mobile devices.
PrinterLogic simplifies network printer management by automating printer mapping based on group and location. It allows campus members at Texas A&M Health to connect to printers independently, reducing IT support needs. By streamlining printer management and enabling direct computer-to-printer communication, PrinterLogic eliminates print server issues. This ensures easier, more reliable printer access for the campus community and helps Technology Services match users with the right printers.

Troubleshooting Common Errors
I receive an error when trying to print: "Unable to get printer details from server."
First, log out of the PrinterLogic app and log in again. Then, resend the print job to the desired printer.
When I try to print from an iPhone or iPad, the print preview screen buffers and does not load.
Change the default browser app on your mobile device to a browser other than Safari.
