Overview

Information regarding phone self-care pages for self user management.

In order to access the TAMU VoIP phone self-care pages and voicemail web inbox you must be connected to the Texas A&M network. If you are not on-site, you can connect to the network using the Texas A&M VPN.

Cisco Phone Self Care Portal

The Cisco Unified Communications self care portal (Phone Portal) lets you manage some settings on your phone devices.  The following is the URL link along with the most common things users find helpful:

https://csce-csco-cucm-01.tamu.edu/ucmuser/

• Use your TAMU NetID username & password to log in. *Note only use your NetID username not your full email address.
• In order to access this feature you need to have your TAMU NetID username synced with your phone and number.

 

Cisco Voicemail Self Care Portal

The Cisco Unity Connection Web Inbox (Voicemail) allows users to manage their voicemails through a web interface along with resetting their voicemail pin which is used for listening to voice messages through the phone.  Below is the URL link to log in:

• Use your TAMU NetID username & password to log in. *Note only use your NetID username not your full email address.
• In order to access this feature you need to have your TAMU NetID username synced with your phone and number.
