Overview
Texas A&M University's online software store was recently upgraded to allow access by other universities within The Texas A&M University System. Access to the software store uses Shibboleth (http://shibboleth.internet2.edu/), an identity management software that simplifies sharing of online resources between affiliated institutions while ensuring security and privacy of account information.
Software eligibility can be viewed here by selecting your campus affiliation.
All software is now delivered electronically. No physical media is sent for software installation.
For departmental software purchases, please see KB0013527.

TAMUCT Access
TAMUCT credentials currently do not work with the Software Center login, so TAMUCT students cannot access the website. The software eligibility page shows that TAMUCT students are eligible to purchase Camtasia, but since they will not be able to log in, they will not be able to purchase the software. Suggested alternatives to Camtasia are OBS or ShareX. Both of these are free.
NOTE: TAMUCT employees can log into the Software Center. They will need to select the "Texas A&M System SSO" option from the identity provider list, then log in via their usual SSO login option in order to access the site.
If you have further questions or need assistance with the Software Center website, please contact Help Desk Central at (979) 845 8300 or at helpdesk@tamu.edu.
