Overview
Retirees of Texas A&M University College Station retain access to several computing systems, applications, and services for life. Retirees keep their NetID and access to many services, including:
- Email
- Texas A&M Gmail - If the retiree previously had a Texas A&M Gmail account, they will retain access.
- Texas A&M Exchange - If the retiree previously had a Texas A&M Exchange email account, they will retain access with a maximum storage of 50GB.
- Google Workspace- Includes access to Sheets, Docs, Drive and more.
- Microsoft 365 online applications. Retirees receive an A1 License, which includes access to popular programs such as Word, Exchange, OneDrive and Teams. Emeritus retirees can potentially retain an A5 license if their department retains its claim on their Exchange account.
- Wireless internet on campus
Please note that other services may be available to working retirees or retirees in departments with additional retiree technology services.
