Setting up Voice Mail to Email

Overview

Receiving a recording of your voicemail sent to your email account is a convenient way to check voice messages when you are away from your desk.

Instructions

To set up voicemail to email, you will need to send an email to tcom-request@tamu.edu with the following information:

  • The phone number whose voicemail should be delivered by email.
  • The NetID of the phone number's user.
  • The email address to send voicemail to, if the email address is different from the NetID.

Once telecom receives this request, they will configure your voicemail to be sent to your email address. You will be notified when this process is complete.
