TAMU-Health Requesting Long-Term Local Administrator Privileges

Instructions for Completing the Request for Local Administrative Privileges Form

  1. Enter your Name, Email, Phone, College, Department or Program, and select your Full-Time Employment status at Texas A&M Health.
  2. For the "Business Justification" field, enter a brief reason for installing or running specialized software applications. Examples are provided in the screenshot below.
  3. For the "Business Impact" field, enter a brief reason why you require local administrator privileges. An example is provided in the screenshot below.
  4. When finished, be sure to submit the form.
