The questionnaire asked for my UIN, but I didn't have one while I was a student. Where can I get it?

If you have not successfully completed the Former Student Questionnaire, you should be able to use your Social Security Number. However, if your social security number does not work, you will need to contact the Office of the Registrar at (979) 845-1003.
