Azure for Education, Accessing Microsoft Project and Visio

Overview

Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio are not included in the default Microsoft 365 license that Texas A&M University provides to faculty, staff, and students. They must be purchased and licensed separately.

Information

Student who need either Microsoft Project or Microsoft Visio for their coursework should order them through the Azure for Education website.

1. Go to https://azureforeducation.microsoft.com/devtools.
2. Log in with your NetID and password.
3. Click Software on the left side of the page.
4. Enter Project or Visio in the search box in the white section of the page (do not use the search box in the blue section of the page).
   
   
    
5. Click the software name to display the software description along with a download button and a View Key button.
6. Click the Download button to download the software to your computer.
7. Click the View Key button to display the software key for the software.
