Zoom Outlook Plugin

Overview

The Zoom plugin for Outlook is available to download and add to the client and to the web portal, this plugin is for Exchange accounts.

Instructions

Zoom Outlook Plugin

  1. Navigate to tamu.zoom.us.
  2. Select Download Zoom.
  3. Scroll down to the Zoom Plugin for Microsoft Outlook and click Download.
  4. Select the file and finish the installation process.
  5. Restart Outlook for changes to take effect.

Zoom Plugin for Web Portal

  1. Log into outlook.office.com with your NetID@tamu.edu email address
  2. Select any message.
  3. Select More Actions (three horizontal dots) which is located to the right of the "Forward" button.
  4. Click Get Add-ins
  5. Search for "Zoom for Outlook" and click on it from the search results list
  6. Click Add
  7. The extension should now be added!
