Adobe Creative Cloud - How to Cancel a Paid Personal Adobe Subscription

Overview

If you signed up for a paid Adobe subscription, you may want to cancel that subscription in order to make use of Texas A&M's campus-wide Adobe license. Doing so requires contacting Adobe directly.

Students who purchased an Adobe license for a class will need to follow the instructions below to cancel their plan.

Students

  1. Log into https://account.adobe.com.
  2. Select Personal Account. If you are already logged in, log out and sign back into Adobe in order to receive the account prompt.
  3. Follow the steps at https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html to cancel your personal Adobe plan.

Faculty and Staff of Licensed Entities

  1. Call Adobe at 800-833-6687.
  2. Ask for the Accounts Team.
  3. Provide the email address you used to create your personal Adobe account. If you are unsure of the email address used to create your personal Adobe account, provide the Transaction ID from your Credit Card statement. The Adobe representative can use this Transaction ID to confirm which email address was used for your personal paid Adobe account.
  4. The Adobe representative will then be able to cancel your paid personal subscription.
