Network Installation

Overview

The Network Installation offering supports service requests for wired network connections, including:

  • Building Connections
  • Campus Network Connections
  • Desktop and Server Connections
  • Media Installations (Twisted Pair and Fiber Optic)

Get Started

Click the Network Installation button to open the request form. You can find additional details via the Service Offering link(s) at the bottom right of this page.

Request Process

To submit a request, begin by filling out all required fields in the form. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation notification indicating that your ticket has been opened.

If the support team needs additional information, they will reach out to you directly.

Throughout the process, you can track the status of your ticket in the portal. When the request has been completed, a final notification will be sent to you.
