Zoom’s secure video communications solution provides a platform to conduct high-quality video, audio, and screen sharing solution for conferencing and collaboration. This is a shared service, powered by the Office for Academic Innovation at Texas A&M University, and available to all eligible faculty, staff, and students.

Instructional guides are available on the Zoom website directly and through LinkedIn Learning

Your FREE Texas A&M Zoom Licensed Account Includes:

  • Unlimited video meetings with up to 300 video participants
  • Larger meeting options are available for an additional fee
  • Call-in number for phone-only attendees
  • Local or cloud (1GB) recording options
  • Ability to share audio, video, and screen in meetings
