TrainTraq Roles & Permissions

Overview
Texas A&M System employees with legitimate needs can request additional elevated access roles in TrainTraq, and those who no longer need a certain level of access can have their roles adjusted accordingly. Resources and training are available to assist with these elevated TrainTraq roles.
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • Request a Role & Permission: Request additional elevated access roles in TrainTraq.
  • Remove a Role & Permission: Remove or adjust roles and permissions that are no longer needed.
  • Request Training for Your Role: Request training to assist with elevated TrainTraq roles.
Eligibility
Texas A&M University System member employees who have a valid business need for elevated TrainTraq access roles, or who no longer require such access, are eligible to request adjustments to their roles. Additionally, those who hold an elevated role can request training to assist with their responsibilities.

You will receive an open ticket notification.  If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by the respective support team.  Ticket status can be tracked in the portal under the View Tickets tab.
