TrainTraq Reports

Overview
Managers and administrators have the capability to request one-time reports or schedule/modify regular reports. These reports can cover various functions such as course assignments, course completions, and overdue courses, helping to manage and track training progress effectively. 
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • Request a Scheduled Report:  Set up and schedule regular reports in TrainTraq
  • Request a One-Time Report:  Request a one-time report for specific data in TrainTraq.
  • Modify a Report:  Make changes to existing reports, including updating the criteria, format, or schedule of the reports in TrainTraq.
Eligibility
System Training Coordinators, Compliance Officers, Managers/Supervisors, Department/Workstation Processors, and HR Professionals.
