Posting a Part-Time Job

Approved on-campus (TAMU System payroll) job postings on the Jobs for Aggies Job Board must meet the following criteria:

• The position should be 29 hours or less per week.
• The position must pay (or guarantee) at least the minimum hourly wage of $7.25/hr.

Approved off-campus job postings on the Jobs for Aggies Job Board must meet the following criteria:

• The position must be 39 hours or less per week.
• The position must pay (or guarantee) at least the minimum hourly wage of $7.25/hr.*
• The position must be within 30 miles of Bryan-College Station (exceptions are made for regional summer jobs).**

*Positions that include tips or commission as part of the salary are reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis.
**Remote positions are reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Employer - New Job Board Training Slides:  Provides step-by-step guidance on how to navigate and use the Jobs for Aggies Job Board effectively.
• Join our On-Campus Employer List-Serv:  Stay updated with the latest information and announcements relevant to on-campus employers.
• Join our Off-Campus Employer List-Serv:  Receive updates and important information tailored for off-campus employers.
• Register or Log-in to the Jobs for Aggies Job Board:  Access the job board to post job vacancies, manage postings, and connect with potential student employees.

Click the "On-Campus Employer Question" button on the top right of this page.  Complete the required fields and submit the request. You will receive an open ticket notification.  If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by the respective support team.  Ticket status can be tracked in the portal under the View Tickets tab.
