This level of coaching is also appropriate for new supervisors and managers transitioning from an individual contributor role to a first-time leader role.
- Leadership coaching for mid-level leaders (i.e., directors, department heads, executive directors, assistant/associate vice presidents, assistant/associate deans): Aims to strengthen strategic thinking, decision-making, and operational leadership skills to ensure continued success.
- Executive coaching (i.e., vice presidents, deans, provost, president, c-suite executives): Supports senior leaders in refining their leadership style, enhance strategic thinking, and improve overall effectiveness by catering to the unique challenges faced by senior leaders. Executive coaching is provided exclusively by Sounding Board.
