What is Perplexity Enterprise Pro?

Perplexity Enterprise Pro is an AI-powered research and productivity platform that combines conversational AI with real-time web search and citations. You can use it to research topics, summarize content, analyze documents, generate drafts, and explore information using both public sources and your connected files.

Who can obtain a Perplexity Enterprise Pro license?

Perplexity licenses are available for active Texas A&M University students, faculty, staff, and other eligible members of the Texas A&M System. The current license remains effective through June 30, 2027, and only active students and employees can access Perplexity.

If an employee with a Perplexity license leaves the university, a department can request that the license be transferred to another active employee for the remainder of the license term. If a student leaves the university, access to Perplexity ends automatically.

How much does a license cost?

Licenses cost $9 per month and are charged $108 annually. This price is substantially lower than publicly advertised commercial Perplexity Enterprise Pro pricing.

License fees are non-refundable, and no pro-rated refunds are issued. Departments can reassign the license of a department member who leaves to someone else within that department.
