What is it?
Texas A&M University has a campus license for the Slack communication platform. Slack allows divisions and teams to set up channels for direct communication with group members. Users can also chat/send direct messages to users and join other channels throughout Texas A&M. Slack can integrate with other apps, including Google Drive, Gmail, Zoom, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams and more.
Where Can I Get It?
Sign in using your NetID@tamu.edu at https://tamu.slack.com to create your account in the TAMU Slack workspace. After signing in, other Slack members will be able to invite you to their channel and you are ready to begin participating in conversations in Slack.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Slack is available to Texas A&M University faculty, staff, and students. Members of the Texas A&M Slack workspace can invite users without a TAMU NetID to collaborate as single channel guests or via Slack Connect.
