Where can you find and share videos?
While you are in Clipchamp
- Review your videos: Look at the list or gallery of videos in Clipchamp. If the video is not owned by you or is missing from the list, you must first obtain the owner's permission. Videos recorded in Teams will also appear here.
- Share a video: Move your mouse over the video you want to share. Click the share button. It looks like a square with an arrow pointing to the right. Alternatively, you can right-click the video and choose Share from the menu. After clicking the Share option, a new window will pop up. Type in the email address of the person you want to send the video to. Click the "copy link" or "send" button to share the video. The person will automatically get an email invitation.
- Find a video: You can find a specific video by typing its name or the person's name into the search box above the list of videos.
Find previously migrated videos owned by a Team
In early 2024, Microsoft migrated videos to SharePoint from the Stream application. If a Microsoft Team or Group videos were moved during the 2024 migration, you can locate them in the Documents folder, in a subfolder named Stream Migrated Videos within the Team's SharePoint site.
To find them:
- Go to Microsoft SharePoint.
- Open the SharePoint site for the relevant Team.
- In the Documents folder, look for the Stream Migrated Videos subfolder.
