Windows SPSS 28 License Renewal Instructions

Overview

SPSS is a statistical software package like SAS that allows you to generate various types of statistics on the research data that you have collected. As of December 28, 2022, the current version of SPSS provided by Technology Services is SPSS 28.

Instructions

    1. Purchase an SPSS license from http://softwarecenter.tamu.edu.

    2. To install the SPSS license, click on:     Start  >  All Programs  >  IBM SPSS Statistics  >  IBM SPSS Statistics 28 License Authorization Wizard.

    3. Click Next at the License Status screen.

    4. Select License my product now and click on Next at the Product Authorization screen,

    5. Enter the SPSS 28 license code that is listed on the webpage mentioned on line 3 at the Enter Codes screen,  and click on Next.

    6. It will then print a message that the Authorization succeeded. This means that the SPSS license has been renewed. Click on Next and then Finish.
