Report an Issue with Professional Enhancement Courses

Overview
University employees are encouraged to report issues related to registering and attending professional enhancement courses.  Submission by way of the incident form ensures concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • Registration Issues: Report problems with registering for a course.
  • Content Issues: Report errors or issues with course materials, videos, or quizzes.
  • Delivery Issues: Report problems with course delivery, including issues with scheduling, or communication.
Eligibility
All employees enrolled in professional enhancement courses are eligible to report issues. Please provide detailed information about the issue to facilitate a quick resolution.
