TrainTraq Access

Overview
All Texas A&M System employees have access to the Employee role in TrainTraq, enabling them to access both required and professional development training. Non-A&M System employees who need to access TrainTraq content for work-related purposes can do so via the External Gateway.
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • Access TrainTraq through the External Gateway:  Guidance on how non-A&M System employees can access TrainTraq content through the External Gateway.
  • Access TrainTraq from Single Sign-On (SSO):  For SSO Login Issues for active or inactive employees please visit SSO Password Reset.
Eligibility
All Texas A&M University System member employees and non-employees with a valid business need to access TrainTraq.

  • External Gateway Login:  Site used for non-employees to access TrainTraq.  NOTE:  The password is updated every 2 - 3 months.
  • SSO Contacts:  Provides information on how to get support for Single Sign-On (SSO) and other enterprise applications.

You will receive an open ticket notification.  If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by the respective support team.  Ticket status can be tracked in the portal under the View Tickets tab.
