Overview

Organizational assessment and diagnosis involves systematically evaluating an organization's current state to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This process helps organizations understand their internal dynamics and external environment, enabling them to make informed decisions for improvement and growth. Key components include data collection, analysis, feedback, and action planning.

Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • Training Needs Assessment: the process of identifying gaps in knowledge, skills, and abilities within an organization to determine the most effective training solutions.
  • Team Development Needs Assessment: the process of identifying the specific skills, knowledge, and abilities required for a team to achieve its goals effectively, ensuring that team development initiatives are aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Employee Engagement Results: guidance and support for leaders on how to interpret their employee engagement results, explain key findings and priorities to employees, and develop action plans with employee involvement.
  • Employee Engagement Pulse Check: monitor employee sentiment and engagement levels within a division, college/school, or department through a targeted version of the employee engagement survey.
