Managing Your Performance

Overview
The employee's role in the performance management process involves self-evaluation, reviewing job responsibilities to continually improve competencies, and seeking and receiving feedback.
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • Self-Evaluation:  Guidance on how to effectively evaluate your own performance, including tips on identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Reviewing Job Responsibilities:  Information on how to review and understand your job responsibilities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and personal development.
  • Cross-Referencing Competencies and Ratings:  Assistance with understanding and cross-referencing competencies and performance ratings to accurately assess performance.
  • Seeking and Receiving Feedback:  Strategies for seeking constructive feedback from supervisors and peers, and how to incorporate that feedback into your performance improvement plan.

You will receive an open ticket notification.  If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by the respective support team.  Ticket status can be tracked in the portal under the View Tickets tab.
