Holding Performance Discussions (Supervisors)

Overview
During both the Performance Evaluation Period and the broader Performance Management Process, supervisors should regularly conduct performance discussions with their team members.
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • Discussing Performance with an Employee:  Guidance on how to effectively discuss performance with an employee, including tips on providing constructive feedback and setting expectations.

*Visit Performance Management to access online training or register for in-person training.
