Setting SMART Goals (Supervisors)

Overview
The Plan stage of the PCER (Plan, Coach, Evaluate, Reward) model of Performance Management encourages the creation of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-Bound) performance goals, which are documented in workday. Managers are able to add, edit, and archive goals for those they supervise.
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • Adding Goals for an Employee:  Guidance on how to add, edit, and archive performance goals for employees within Workday.

*Visit Performance Management to access online training or register for in-person training.
