Web email interface at outlook.office.com features many new features not available in the legacy exchange.tamu.edu interface. Managing your Calendar

Outlook on the web gives you tools to make managing your calendar even easier.

Managing Contacts and Groups

Contact management in Outlook on the web is more functional than the previous contact application.

Managing your To Do list

The To Do in Outlook for the web replaces the older Tasks function and includes new features such as Smart Lists. These are filtered lists that make it easier to track your tasks and organize your day. Features of the new To-Do include:

  • Managing your tasks.
  • attaching files to tasks.
  • Dragging messages to create tasks.
  • Dragging tasks to create calendar items.
  • Sharing task lists.
  • Creating and managing tasks lists.
  • View your day's calendar events and tasks anywhere in Outlook (including Mail, Calendar, and People) using My Day.

OneNote integration

Outlook for the web and Microsoft 365 integrate OneNote directly into your inbox. Features of the OneNote feed include allowing you to:

  • Create a new sticky note in the OneNote feed.
  • Edit existing sticky notes in the OneNote feed.
  • Open a OneNote page from the OneNote feed.
  • Open a Samsung note from the OneNote feed.
  • Drop a note from OneNote feed into an Outlook email message.
