Adobe Sign - Accessing Adobe Sign

Other Adobe Sign Frequently Asked Questions

How can I access Adobe Sign?

You can access Adobe Sign in one of three ways:

How do I get an Adobe Sign account?

Faculty and Staff should inherently be licensed for Adobe Sign and when they are onboarded, should receive a welcome email from Adobe with a GET STARTED button. This will complete the activation of their account. If you have questions regarding the access, please email adobe@tamu.edu for assistance.

Can students Send from Adobe Sign?

As a rule, student would have SIGNERS ability only. If a student feels they need SEND access, email adobe@tamu.edu with the students name, organization, and reason they are requesting SEND access.

Why can't I sign into Adobe Sign as an employee?

Check your license type by logging into adobe.com with your NetID@tamu.edu. Click on the user icon in the top right corner and click on View Account. If your license type provides access to Adobe Sign, it should be listed in the "Included in your plan" section. If it is not listed, and you have a total cloud storage size of 2GB, then you have a Shared Device License similar to the license assigned to students. An employee with this type of license is likely part of a university system part that is not covered by our Adobe Sign license.

Where can I see co-workers accounts?

If you have Shared Your Account with a co-worker (performed under Personal Preferences) navigate back to Personal Preferences and click View Other Accounts. Select the co-workers account you would like to view
