Why can't I sign into Adobe Sign as an employee?

Check your license type by logging into adobe.com with your NetID@tamu.edu. Click on the user icon in the top right corner and click on View Account. If your license type provides access to Adobe Sign, it should be listed in the "Included in your plan" section. If it is not listed, and you have a total cloud storage size of 2GB, then you have a Shared Device License similar to the license assigned to students. An employee with this type of license is likely part of a university system part that is not covered by our Adobe Sign license.
